Returns and Cancellation

How to cancel an eligible order, report a problem or request a return. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Contact us before returning anything

Use the returns and product issue form or email jack@vogueplastics.com. Include your order number, the item, the reason for return and photographs where relevant. We will provide the correct returns address and handling instructions.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you are an individual buying wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you normally have 14 days from the day after receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel an online or other distance order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may inspect goods as you could in a shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specification, clearly personalised goods, or another statutory exception. We will identify any applicable exception before the order is placed.

Consumer refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we will refund the price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We will make the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, receiving satisfactory evidence that you sent them back. We may withhold the refund until then.

Unless the goods are faulty, not as described or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for return costs. Where goods cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide or confirm an estimate of the return transport cost before the contract is made.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

Please contact us promptly if goods arrive damaged, are not as described or appear faulty. Provide the order reference and enough information for us to assess the issue. We may ask you to stop using the item and return it for inspection.

Consumers have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Used or refurbished condition does not remove those rights, although disclosed wear, defects and condition form part of the description.

Business customers

Statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply where you buy wholly or mainly for business use. Business change-of-mind returns are accepted only where agreed by us in writing and may be subject to inspection, transport and reasonable restocking costs stated before acceptance.

A business customer must inspect goods within a reasonable time and notify us promptly of any shortage, transit damage or alleged non-conformity. Your quotation, order confirmation or separately agreed contract may contain additional return or warranty provisions.

Compatibility-sensitive and used parts

Check part numbers, electrical ratings, dimensions, connections, machine information and intended use before ordering. A part being incompatible does not by itself establish that it is faulty or misdescribed. This does not affect cancellation rights available to consumers or remedies for incorrectly described goods.

Returned electrical, electronic and mechanical items should not be installed, altered, dismantled, contaminated or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
